The content of this website is for personal use only and in accessing our web pages and content, you agree that its use is purely for personal non-commercial use and reference only. 

Payment Terms:

Payment of goods/invoices can be paid via:
- UK Sterling Cheque
- Bankers draft
- BACS transfer
Goods shall remain the property of O’Keeffe Antiques until full payment is received.  Goods will be only be despatched on receipt of cleared funds.

Privacy:

O’Keeffe Antiques commits to protecting your personal information when purchasing goods from us. We do not sell or divulge your information to any 3rd party other than by legal requirement. We do not take or store credit card details.

Delivery:

Goods will be delivered by a courier service.  Goods must be checked by the customer on delivery.  Our courier company will require a signature from you confirming receipt of goods and also confirming that the goods were delivered in the condition they were despatched.

Returns:

We will accept returns of goods within 7 days of receipt but the customer must pay the courier costs both ways.  A full refund of the cost of goods will be given provided we have been notified in writing during the 7 day period and the item is returned in the condition it was despatched.
